I am a designer.
Born on March 3rd 1987 in Anzio, a seaside town not far from the Eternal City. As a child Andrea was very passionate by motors, cars and he was very talented in painting so after graduation in 2007, he went to London, where he faced different experiences but most important he discovered one of those things that changed his life forever: Design. After a year in London he returend in Rome and enrolls in Industrial Design at La Sapienza Faculty where he graduated with honors in three years.
In February 2011 he made the first step of his career at the the style office of Ferretti Group, which lasted one year, where he performed different skills as an interior designer.
In September 2012 Andrea decides to complete his study path with a Master’s Degree in Design so he enrolled at The University of Florence and attended the Design Campus in Calenzano. In almost two years he graduated with honors bringing as thesis argument The Maserati Grecale: a concept car race with central motor on a Maserati and at the same time worked at the Style Office of Trigano SpA where he made a concept of a compact motorhome all designed by him.
This amazing project is called Roller Team Triaca Concept 230, which was presented for the first time in 2015 at the Caravan show in Dusseldorf.
After the collaboration with Trigano company and presenting the Camper project in the various exhibitions, Andrea decides to enroll at the Italian Design Institute to attend the Master in Car Design in Turin to increase his qualifications and to follow his biggest dream.
This expierence was very important for him, not only because he learned a lot about Automotive design but also because he met imporant designers.
In 2016 he returned to Rome and began a collaboration with the yacht design Studio Vafiadis.
Today Andrea still workes with them and his projects are published on the most important design magazines.
Passion and determination are the keys in my philosophy as a designer, always trying to transfer my experience in new projects, innovating but always keeping a look back in the past.
